摘要随着计算机硬件、软件技术和集成电路的飞速发展,作为计算机技术应用领域一个分支的工业控制系统也获得了巨大的进步。现场总线技术也广泛的应用于各领域的应用研究,其中具有高性能和高可靠特点的CAN(控制局域网络)也正是在这种背景下应运而生。67193
本文设计了一个基于CAN总线的数据采集系统,该系统可以对电压信号进行数据采集,并通过CAN通信传输到PC机显示,进行实时的监控。论文对现场总线的知识进行了介绍,接着对CAN总线的原理和技术规范做了更深入的研究,在此基础上,完成了整个系统的设计。整个系统分为硬件和软件两个部分:硬件方面,包括信号调理放大、A/D转换、中央处理器和CAN通信接口四大块;软件方面,包括上位机主程序、A/D采样子程序和CAN通信子程序三大块。
本系统可靠性高、目标扩展性较好,可以应用到其他基于CAN总线的网络系统中,实现相关的网络监控和数据采集。

Title The design of data acquisition system based on CAN-Bus
Abstract
With the rapid development of computer hardware, software and integrated circuits, industrial control systems ,as a branch of computer technology applications ,is also received a great deal of progress. Fieldbus technology is also widely used in various fields of applied research, high performance and high reliability characteristics of CAN (Control Area Network) is also came into being in this background.
This paper designs a data acquisition system based on CAN bus, the system can be the voltage signal sample collection, and transmitted via CAN communication to the PC, real-time monitoring. The paper, based on the knowledge of the fieldbus overview, does by a more in-depth study of the principles and technical specifications of the CAN bus, I finished the overall system design. The whole system is pided into two parts of hardware and software: hardware, including signal conditioning amplifier, A/D conversion, the central processor and CAN communication interface; software, including main program,CAN communication subprogram and A/D sampling subprogram.
With its high reliability and good goals scalability, the system can be applied to other networks based on CAN bus system, and achieving related network monitoring and data acquisition.
