摘要:PROFINET是最新的基于工业自动化的实时以太网标准。它具有很高的实时性,是工控领域公认的未来工业总线通讯的标准。本文主要阐述了PROFINET的发展历史和研究现状;对PROFINET协议、通信关系的建立、实时性以及数据帧进行研究分析;通过赫优讯的CIFX-50-RE和COMX模块建立了PROFINET 通信链路,使用SYcon.net软件进行配置,并通过CIFX TEST软件实现了PROFINET 数据的正确传输和接收;利用Wireshark软件对PROFINET数据帧进行抓取并做了分析;借助赫优讯公司提供的API函数在原有代码的基础上编写了C++通信测试程序,测试结果令人满意。65215

Title industrial field bus communication design based on embedded system
Abstract
PROFINET is the latest real-time Ethernet standard based on industrial automation. It has high real-time performance which is recognized the future standard of the industrial field bus communication. This article mainly expounds the development history and research status of PROFINET; Studied and analyzed the PROFINET protocol, real-time , communication relations and data frames; Through the PC card CIFX-50-RE and COMX module of Hilscher, the PROFINET communication link is established, using the SYcon.net software to configure these cards, and through CIFX TEST software has realized the PROFINET data transmit and receive correctly; with the help of Wireshark software we grab the PROFINET data frame and do the analysis; using API functions provided by the company of Hilscher on the basis of the original code to write the c++ communication test procedure, and the test results is satisfactory.
This topic carried on the thorough analysis of PROFINET,which do a good stage for PROFINET device development and putting on the market.
