摘要： 如今社会安全问题日益突出，传统的报警系统再也无法满足社会的需求，在这前提之下，国内外近几年都提出基于图像处理的智能报警系统，智能图像报警系统解决了传统报警系统的不足，并且逐步实现网络化、多媒体化。本论文也是基于图像报警的研究，通过设计完成监控并实现报警；本系统通过采用MATLAB编程实现监控报警功能，并且对图像去噪，灰度变换对数字图像进行处理等实验，通过调试，程序运行成功，实现自动报警功能并记录异常情况的图像，并对截获图像进行灰度变换。图像报警报警系统可实现实时监控，稳定性高，解决了传统报警系统的不足，有很大的应用前景。64994
