摘要焦距是光学系统中十分重要的一种光学特性参数,准确的测量光学系统中透镜的焦距才能使整个装置完成预期功能。但在日常测量中,长焦距的测量往往会受到空间等外在因素的影响。
本文研究了光学元件长焦距焦距的测量方法及技术,介绍了Talbot-Moiré法测量长焦距的原理,并在此基础上建立了长焦距测量装置,明确了该系统对系统中各部件的性能要求,并对系统各部件的参数进行了优化处理。此外,本文还初步探究了扩束准直系统中各部件测量误差、环境干扰等因素对最终测量结果的精度影响,并提出了减少各种误差的可行性方案。64812

Title Long Focal Length Measurement
Based on Talbot-Moiré Technique
Abstract
In optical systems, focal length is an essential optical property parameters. Measuring the focal length of the lens in optical systems can achieve anticipated function of the whole equipment. While in daily measurement, measuring long-focus can be easily affected by space limit and other external factors.
This thesis studies on the measuring method and technique of long-focus lens, in addition with the principle of Talbot-Moiré measuring method, on the basis of which the long focal length measurement device is established. Meanwhile, the performance requirement of every part of this system is defined and its parameters is optimized. Furthermore, the measuring error, environmental disturbance of each part in collimating beam expanding system can affect the accuracy of the final measurement results, which is also explored. Some feasible plans to reduce those errors are presented in the thesis as well.
