摘要本文研究了Ka波段带通滤波器的设计,主要是借助ADS软件,进行平行耦合微带线带通滤波器的设计和优化,得到通带为26GHz—28GHz的带通滤波器的仿真结果。
首先,在绪论中简要说明了课题研究的意义,微波滤波器的发展现状,以及ADS软件的基本情况。其次,简要介绍了滤波器的概念、分类、指标参数、设计方法。然后,详细介绍了从低通滤波器原型到带通滤波器的设计理论,以及微带带通滤波器,特别是平行耦合带通滤波器的设计原理。接着介绍了借助ADS软件设计平行耦合带通滤波器的具体过程,通过多次原理图仿真和优化,最终得到通带(26—28GHz)插损为2dB、带外抑制为-50dB的设计方案,并在此基础上生成版图。最后,简要介绍了滤波器小型化的方法和设计案例——发夹型滤波器。64457

Title Design of the Ka-band Band-pass Filter
Abstract This paper studies the design of Ka-band band-pass filter. We used ADS software to design the parallel coupled microstrip band-pass filter and optimize it. Finally we achived the simulation results of the 26 GHZ - 28 GHZ band-pass filter.
Firstly, in the introduction,we briefly illustrates the significance of research , the current situation of the development of microwave filter, and the basic situation of ADS software. Secondly, this paper briefly introduces the concept,the classification, the index of the filter parameters, and the design method. After that, the design theory of the low-pass filter prototype to band-pass fiter , and the design principle of the microstrip band-pass filter especially the parallel coupled band-pass filter are introduced in detail. Then the detailed process of using ADS software design the parallel coupled band-pass filter is introduced. During the multiple simulation and optimization, we got the design schema of the band-pass filter,in which the pass band (26-28 GHZ) insertion loss is 2 dB, out-of-band suppression is -50 dB.we also generated the map based on it.Finally, this paper briefly introduces the filter miniaturization methods and the design case of hairpin type filter.
