摘要RFID作为近年来逐渐兴起的一种非接触式自动识别技术,在各领域的应用越来越广泛。本文基于ISO18000-6C对UHF RFID读写器射频电路进行分析和设计。首先,简要介绍了RFID技术、研究进展和发展趋势,给出了本文要设计实现的UHF RFID读写器的性能指标;重点介绍了读写器的组成及工作原理,基于ISO18000-6C提出了,采用OOK调制方式和双通道零中频接收体系结构。然后利用ADS仿真软件对读写器射频收发电路进行S参数仿真、谐波仿真和瞬时仿真,验证了读写器收发电路理论的正确性。在实际设计阶段,根据理论分析的结果,对射频收发电路中各模块芯片进行了选型分析。63775

Title The Research of RF Module in RFID
Abstract
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has been gradually used in all fields as a new contactless automatic identification technology developed in recent years.
In the article, UHF RFID reader RF circuit is designed based on ISO 18000-6C.First, the RFID technology, actual conditions and development tendency are introduced briefly,and the key performance indicators of the UHF RFID reader which is needed to design is given. It is proposed that transmitter uses OOK modulation architecture and receiver uses dual—channel zero-IF architecture focusing on the principle of Reader RF transceiver circuit .For verifying the correctness of Reader transceiver, RF transceiver circuit is simulated using S parameters simulation,harmonics simulation,and transient simulation etc..In the actual design phase, appropriate chips are choosed through the analysis.
