摘要随着时代进步,虚拟仪器这种利用高性能的模块化硬件,结合高效灵活的软件来完成各种测试、测量和自动化应用的技术也逐步得到发展。其中温湿度记录就活跃在今社会的很多行业中,比如冷链运输,制药方面等,它就可以方便的进行温湿度的检测和数据的处理。本文介绍的系统实现的是单片机温湿度测量和LabVIEW终端控制系统,通过LCD显示所测量的温湿度。系统采用集温湿度传感器与A/D转换器于一体的SHT10芯片,通过单片机进行处理显示,超限报警处理电路通过与系统设置值比较后做报警处理,LabVIEW终端控制系统则能够设置温湿度的上下限,及时获得数据做出处理反应。并将最后的结果在LabVIEW界面以表格,图形等形式显示数据,该系统将单片机与虚拟仪器技术通过串口通信有机结合,具有人机交互性能较强、操作便捷、工作效率高、成本低、控制精度高、实时性强等特点,具有一定的应用价值。63597

Title Design of temperature and humidity record system based on Labview
Abstract
Along with the progress of the times, virtual instrument which is the use of high-performance modular hardware, combined with highly efficient and flexible software to complete a variety of test, measurement and automation technology is gradually developed. The temperature and humidity records active in many industries nowadays, such as cold chain transportation, pharmaceuticals, processing detection and data it can be convenient for temperature and humidity. Implementation of this system is the microcomputer temperature and humidity measurement and LabVIEW terminal control system, temperature and humidity through the LCD display the measurement. The system adopts SHT10 chip set temperature and humidity sensor and A\/D converter in one, are processed by SCM, overrun alarm processing circuit through the value is compared with the system set up after the alarm processing, LabVIEW terminal control system can limit set temperature and humidity, and obtained data to make the processing reaction. And the final results in the LabVIEW interface to the form, the data display graphics and other forms, the system will MCU through serial communication with virtual instrument technology combined with the characteristics of strong, human-computer interaction, convenient operation, high work efficiency, low cost, high control precision, strong real-time, and has certain application value.
