摘要本论文研究的对象是处于毫米波波段的宽带功率合成网络,根据软件仿真和版图设计,根据N路wilkinson功率分配原理来实现设计目的。
本论文主要是完成了一个具有较高的合成效率的四合一的功率合成电路的设计,该功率合成电路工作于28-32GHz,各路幅度和相位一致性必须很好,且损耗小于0.5dB,及各端口应当具有足够的隔离作用(大于20dB),使得各路放大器互不影响。通过运用专业知识,确定了总体实现方案并完成电路设计、版图设计和仿真验证。62965

Title The design and simulation of millimeter waveguide power combiner
Abstract Power combiner is a traditional and important technology in the field of microwave,and it is still in the process of evolving. From the view of application, a single power combining amplifier unit is often difficult to meet the system requirement, so the power synthesis technology has been one of important technology ways to develop the power combiner.
This thesis is to study wideband power combiner network in the millimeter wave band, according to the software simulation and layout design and the N-way wilkinson power allocation principles.
This thesis has completed a four channel power combiner circuit with high efficiency, it works during the 28-32GHz, the magnitude and phase coherence must be very good, and the loss is less than 0.5dB, and every port should have sufficient isolation (greater than 20dB), so that the amplifiers will not interfere each other.We use our expertise to determine the overall realization of the program and complete the circuit design, layout design and simulation.
