    摘要频率选择表面(FSS)是由大量无源谐振单元组成的单屏或多屏周期性阵列结构。频率选择表面对与电磁波的极化和频率呈现空间滤波器的功能,能够有效的控制电磁波的传输和反射,因而要在现代电子技术的不断飞速发展情况下降低电磁波污染和减少电子环境恶化,FSS可以控制电磁波反射、传输,所以FSS已经成为各国学者的一个研究热门。61126

        为揭示各种参数对FSS的特性(包括传输带宽、谐振频率等)的影响规律, 并分析频率选择表面的方法和技术的基本,使用有限元的方法,并利用三维有限元电磁仿真软件HFSS(High Frequency Structure Simulator),进行了以下的研究工作:

        本文介绍了FSS基本理论,包括不同类型单元FSS的传输特性,FSS的滤波机理,FSS传输特性的主要技术指标等。其次引入了FSS在三维有限元电磁软件HFSS中的解答及应用,并验证使用有限元软件HFSS仿真FSS单元的可靠性以及准确性。

        运用有限元法仿真设计软件HFSS以一个特定的谐振频率为设计目标,并以圆环贴片型带阻滤波器及Y孔单元加载介质层FSS为例,建立初始结构模型,通过合理的参数优化,在TE波垂直入射下,最后得到了比较稳定的FSS结构参数和基本电磁参数。

    Title  Frequency selective surface design and simulation

    Abstract Frequency Selective Surface is a single or multi-layers planar structure which has a large amount of Passive Resonant Element. To the frequency and polarization of electromagnetic wave, FSS is a spatial filter, which can effectively control the transmission and reflection of electromagnetic wave. All in all, at the age of rapid development of modern electronic technology, FSS has always been the focus point of studies at home and abroad for its characteristic of controlling reflection and transmission.

    Researches have been made as follows by using three-dimensional finite element electromagnetic simulation software HFSS(High Frequency Structure Simulator), to analysis the effect rule of various parameters on the properties of FSS(including the transmission bandwidth and resonance frequency ), the frequency selective surface method and the finite-element method :

    This paper introduces the basic theory of FSS, including the transmission characteristic of different FSS and its key technical indexes, FSS filtering mechanisms. Then three-dimensional finite element electromagnetic software HFSS’s solving and application are recommended. The reliability and accuracy of using finite element software HFSS simulating the transmission characteristic of FSS element are also proved.

    Using finite element software HFSS, aiming at a specific resonance frequency and taking an instance of circular patch bands top filter and Y slot element dielectric layer FSS, this paper establish the initial structure model to obtain a stable FSS structural parameters and electromagnetic parameters when TE wave incident vertically through the reasonable parameter optimization.
