摘要本文主要从红外测温的发展、测温原理以及外界环境对测温的影响出发,详细介绍利用红外热像仪对流水温度监测软硬件系统的研制过程。系统主要运用Qt跨平台应用框架编写软件,利用串口通信获取传感器温度,利用网络通信获取热像仪温度数据。通过该软件可以控制热像仪工作状态,计算出温度数据,并利用伪彩色图实时显示整个实验场区的温度变化。系统通过图像与温度转换算法,视场转换算法,坐标转换算法等算法,将场区实际坐标与温度一一对应,并可以按一定的频率存储温度数据。本文最后还讨论提高了测量精度,减小测量误差的方法。49690

Title Research of Monitoring Temperature of Running Water based on Infrared Thermal Imaging
Abstract
In this article, starting with the development of thermal imager, the principles and theories of temperature measurement are introduced. In order to measure the temperature of running water in experimental field area using thermal imaging system, various factors that influence the accuracy of measurement are discussed and a temperature monitoring system is developed to measure the temperature of running water. The system is a software mainly writing with Qt, a C++ cross-platform application framework. With the system, we can get temperature data from temperature sensors by serial port communication and thermal images from thermal imaging system by network communication. The software can operate thermal imager, calculate the temperature data, and display the pseudo-color image in real time showing the distribution of temperature throughout the experimental field area. Some algorithms such as pixel-temperature exchanging algorithm, the perspective transformation algorithm and coordinate transformation algorithm are used to make system more reliable. The temperature data can be stored at a certain frequency. Finally, some methods are also discussed to improve accuracy and reduce error when measure temperature.
