摘要随着信息技术的日益发展,雷达系统变得越来越复杂,其性能要求也不断提高,采用传统外场方法测试雷达整体性能的难度也在不断增加。并且外场测试需要消耗大量的人力、物力和财力,容易受到天气的影响,雷达回波信号模拟器应运而生,对它的研究也就越来越深入了。31374
本论文中的雷达回波信号模拟器的设计采用软硬件相结合的实现方法。在基于Xilinx公司Kintex7系列FPGA的高速模数/数模转换电路的硬件平台的基础上,利用发射信号采样和调制技术,设计了一款可以实时产生任意发射波形回波信号的雷达回波信号模拟器。该模拟器由上位机总控软件通过千兆网口进行实时控制,产生给定距离、速度的点目标或者多散射点分布式目标的回波信号。
论文首先阐述了该雷达目标回波信号模拟器所涉及的相关的原理,然后给出其整体实现结构,再具体介绍内部各个基本功能模块的实现过程,包括AD采样电路的设计、正交数字上变频和下变频的实现、正交数字下变频中低通滤波器的实现、加多普勒频移的电路的设计、延迟模块的设计、DAC电路的设计、千兆网口的设计与调试和利用MFC编写总控界面等等,最终通过调试和测试,完成整个系统初步功能和性能的测试和验证。

Title Radar echo signal emulation Based on transmit waveform sampling and modulation
Abstract
With the increasing development of information technology, the radar system has become more and more complicated, the performance requirements are also constantly improving, the traditional test method outfield radar the difficulty of the overall performance is also increasing. The traditional field debugging and detecting radar system not only needs to consume a large amount of manpower、 material and financial resources, but also is easily affected by extreme weather, so the radar echo signal simulator is generated, the research on it is more and more deeply.
In this paper, the radar echo signal simulator uses a combination of hardware and software implementation. Based on Xilinx K7 series FPGA hardware platform, by transmitting signal sampling and modulating technology, designing a real-time radar echo signal simulator waveform. The simulator can be controlled by a PC software for real-time control total by Gigabit Ethernet ports, to produce a given distance, speed of point target or multiple scattering points distributed target echo signal.
This paper first describes the related principles of the radar target echo signal simulator, then its whole structure is given, then introduces the basic function of each internal module: AD sampling circuit design and debugging、the realization of the orthogonal digital up conversion and down conversion、the realization of the quadrature digital down converter low pass filter、the design of the circuit of doppler frequency shift、the design of delay module、the design and debugging of the DAC circuit、the design and debugging of Gigabit Ethernet and using MFC to write general control interface, finally finishes the test of the whole system.
