摘要2015年 4月16日,国务院印发《水污染防治行动计划》,“水十条”正式出炉。水资源的检测和保护提升到了一个新的高度。本课题设计了两电极型的 pH测量电路,基于Van Der Pauw 法的电导率测量电路,基于PT1000的温度测量电路,集成 HM20压力测量电路,完成多参数水质测量的系统设计、软硬件设计、实验研究。 本课题设计完成基于 Van Der Pauw法的四电极型电导率测量电路的设计,具有很好的线性度和测量精度;完成基于 PT1000型铂电阻的温度测量电路的调试;完成两电极型氧化还原式 pH测量电路的测试。本课题设计了高频交流激励电压信号发生电路、信号检测、数据采集及处理等功能的 MCU智能控制和测量系统;完成防腐蚀、耐高压、具有良好密封性的机械结构;设计和编写多参数测量系统的下位机程序,实现仪器的自动化测量和数据处理。开展了仪器 pH、电导率、温度、压力的定标实验,测试出仪器的测量精度、重复性、稳定性、可靠性等重要性能指标。 27348

This research subject designs the electrical conductivity sensor based on Van Der Pauw theory, the temperature sensor based on PT1000, the integrated HM20 pressure sensor, the pH sensor based on the two electrodes ,completes the system design, hardware and software design, experiment research. This research completes the design of the electrical conductivity sensor based on Van Der Pauw theory, which has the feature of great linearity and precision, the test of the temperature sensor based on PT1000, the test of two redox electrode type pH sensor. This research designs the hardware circuit integrated of high-frequency AC exciter, amplifying circuit and signal processing, data collection, and MCU control system. The mechanical structure of CTD instrument aimed at anti-corrosion, high pressure resistant ,well sealing is completed. The MCU program of CTD instrument is designed and coded to automatically control the measurement and data processing. The computer program is designed and coded to communicate with the instrument, save the result and display the monitor curve of temperature, salinity, and depth. Based on this instrument, the parameter of pH,electrical conductivity, temperature and pressure were confirmed by series of experiments. Besides, the precision, resolution, repeatability and reliability of the instrument are indicated by series of experiments.
