摘要:插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)是传统燃油汽车和纯电动汽车相结合的新车型,具有低污染、低油耗的特点,是当前解决节能、环保问题切实可行的过渡方案。而电机驱动系统作为插电式混合动力汽车中的主要部分,在插电式混合动力汽车中起着至关重要的作用,对其进行研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先分析了插电式混合动力汽车的驱动结构和类型,并对各种驱动类型的特点和驱动方法作了总结。接着基于电机驱动系统的要求分析了各种驱动电机的特点,并最终选用永磁同步电机为研究对象。针对插电式混合动力汽车工况要求,将矢量控制技术应用于永磁同步电机,实现插电式混合动力汽车电机驱动控制系统的数字控制。同时采用TI公司的数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,简称DSP)TMS320LF2407a为核心控制芯片进行了电机驱动系统的硬件设计。 整个电驱动控制系统包括电源模块、逆变模块、控制模块、驱动模块、系统安全检测模块、CAN通讯模块等主要部分,可以实现电动发电和制动能量回馈功能。本文所研究的内容有一定的连续性和系统性,对未来插电式混合动力汽车动力系统的开发有积极的意义。22902

Design of Motor Drivetrain of PHEV Based on DSP
Abstract:Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) is a combination of traditional fuel cars and pure electric vehicles new models, has the characteristics of low pollution, low fuel consumption, is currently the transition of solving the problem of energy saving, environmental protection practical solutions. And motor drive system as the main part of the plug-in hybrid cars, in a plug-in hybrid car plays an important role, to study has important theoretical and realistic significance. This paper first analyzes the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle drive structure and type, and the characteristics of various driving type and driving method is summarized. Then based on the requirement of motor drive system of the driven motor is analyzed the various characteristics, and finally selects the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object. Working condition requirements for plug-in hybrid cars, will be applied to permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control technology, realize the plug-in hybrid car motor drive control system of digital control. At the same time uses the TI company's Digital Signal Processor (Digital Signal Processor, DSP) TMS320LF2407a as the core control chip for the hardware design of motor drive system. The electric drive control system includes a power supply module, inverter module, control module, drive module, system security detection module, CAN communication module and so on main parts, CAN realize electric power generation and braking energy feedback function. The content of this article research has certain continuity and systemic, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle power system for the future development has a positive meaning.
