摘要基于FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)的直流电机控制电路设计,通过PWM (Pulse Width Modulation)调速系统改变直流电机的占空比来控制直流电机,从而实现直流电机的正转/反转、启动/加速、调速等操作。本文对直流电机的理论知识、基于FPGA的PWM调速原理、直流电机控制的基本原理以及Verilog HDL语言进行了梳理研究,进而完成了逻辑电路设计和程序的编写。建立软件与硬件相结合的仿真模式,对设计进行系统而全面的分析。软件仿真基于QuartusⅡ软件,将逻辑电路下载到FPGA EP3C25F324C8器件上进行硬件仿真。通过对软件仿真结果和硬件仿真结果比较分析,验证了基于FPGA的直流电机控制电路设计能够实现电机的正转/反转、启动/加速以及调速等操作,从而证明了其正确性。20314

Title DC Motor Control Circuit Designed Base on the Principle of FPGA
Abstract
Design of control circuit of continuous current dynamo, which based on FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array), manipulates the electrical machine by altering the duty ratio based on the system of PWM(Pulse Width Modulation), and carries out the clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation, and the start and acceleration of the electrical machine, etc. The thesis proposes theoretical knowledge of continuous current dynamo, PWM speed regulation principle which based on FPGA, Basic knowledge on manipulation of continuous current dynamo and relative hardware written language knowledge of Verilog HDL, thus successfully achieved the logic circuit design and the program writing.
The analysis is based on software simulation and hardware simulation of the design system. The software simulation employs Quartus Ⅱ, and the hardware simulation adopts the downloaded DEA system whose core-board is EP3C25F324C8. By comparison of consequences of software and hardware simulation, the validity of continuous current dynamo that based on FPGA has been verified, after confirming that the system is able to carry out the multiple manipulations such as the clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation, and the start and acceleration of the electrical machine.
