摘 要:本文以中国女排在2014年参加的第十七届仁川亚运会女子排球半决赛与对手泰国女排的技术统计为研究对象，运用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计、比较分析等研究方法，对中国女排攻防战术效果与泰国女排进行了统计分析与对比研究，找出问题，总结经验，提出对策，为接下来中国女排如何进一步完善自己的攻防战术体系提供科学的依据。研究结果表明：在进攻方面中国女排的发球具有一定的威力，发球的落点和效果也较好，但失误也较多，稳定率和成功率还有待提高；中国女排的扣球、吊球相比泰国女排差距并不是很大，在快攻、前排强攻和后排攻上都有显著的得分效果；在防守方面拦网成为制约中国女排水平发挥的重要因素，高度上的优势并没有体现出来，与泰国女排相比还是存在差距的；接发球综合比赛情况来看，球队的接发球稳定性仍需要提高；在失误送分上面，中国女排与泰国女排两队都有很多的失误。提出合理的建议为了更好的服务于中国女排今后的训练与比赛，提升技战术水平，稳固提高中国女排在亚洲乃至世界排坛的排名，进一步完善自己的攻防战术体系提供科学的数据参考。66576

Abstract：
The effect of team offensive and defensive tactics in volleyball match research, has the important meaning to understand, grasp the team the ability of using tactics in the gameand the existing problems. The research results show that:in terms of attacking Chinese women's volleyball team serve has certain power,placement and effect of serve is also good, but mistakes are more stable, and success rate remains to be improved; Chinese women's Volleyball Smash, drop shot than Thailandwomen's volleyball team gap is not large, in the fast attack, the front and rear attack havestorm significant score effects; defensively block has become an important factor to restrict China volleyball level of play, the height advantage was not reflected, compared with the Thailand women's volleyball team or the existence of the gap; receivingcomprehensive competition situation, the stability of the receiving team needs to be increased; send points in the above failures, China women's volleyball team and theThailand women's volleyball teams have a lot of mistakes.
