    摘要:本实验通过在日粮中添加益母草和酵母粉来研究β-胡萝卜素对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血液生化指标的影响。选用160只35周龄商品蛋鸡,随机分为4组。第一组饲喂基础日粮,第二、三、四组分别饲喂添加了1% 益母草,100 mg/kg酵母粉及50 mg/kg酵母粉与0.5% 益母草混合的基础日粮,试验期25天。结果表明:添加适量的酵母粉可以有效提高蛋总重,而添加1%的益母草可以提升鸡蛋的蛋壳质量,蛋黄质量以及蛋黄的高度,同时两者会有效提升鸡蛋的蛋黄比率。另外,益母草和酵母粉都可以显著地提升蛋黄中的类胡萝卜素含量,其中以同时添加酵母粉和益母草最优。经过血样检测,同时添加益母草和酵母粉会降低蛋鸡血液中的尿酸值,而单独添加酵母粉会提高血液蒸中的尿酸值。两者都会使鸡血中的尿素水平有一定程度的降低。52767

    Abstract:By this experiment, motherwort and yeast powder was added in the diet to study the effects of beta carotene on egg production performance, egg quality and blood biochemical index. A total of 160 laying hens who were 35 week old, were randomly pided into 4 groups. The first group was fed with basal diet ; the second group were fed with 1% MV; the third group were fed with 100mg/kg yeast powder and the fourth group were fed with 0.5% motherwort and 50 mg/kg yeast powder mixed with the basal diet. The experimental period was 25 days. The results show that: the addition of yeast powder can effectively improve the egg weight. Furthermore adding of 1% motherwort herb can improve egg shell quality, egg yolk and egg quality height. Both of them can effectively enhance the ratio of egg yolk. In addition, motherwort and yeast powder can significantly improve the egg yolk carotenoids content .Among them, adding of motherwort and yeast powder showed the significant effect at the same time. t. Moreover, adding of motherwort and yeast powder can reduce the blood uric acid value in laying hens, and adding of yeast powder can improve the uric acid in the blood values.
