摘要菝葜属,约300种植物,分布于热带和亚热带地区。其中菝葜和牛尾菜均可以入药,收载于《中国药典》2005版,药用部位为其干燥根茎。本实验以菝葜属植物四棱菝葜为研究对象,研究其化学成分。63945
通过硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20层析、C18反相柱层析等手段从四棱菝葜根茎的二氯甲烷部分分离纯化出3个化合物,并且经现代光谱技术初步鉴定结构,分别为:化合物Ⅱ:β-谷甾醇亚油酸酯(β-Sitosterol linoleate),化合物Ⅲ:β-谷甾醇十二烷酸酯(β-Sitosterol laurate),化合物Ⅰ的结构还有待进一步分析,所有3个化合物为该物种中首次分离得到。

Abstract Smilax, about 300 species, is distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. S. china L. (Liliaceae) and S. riparia A. DC. of this genera, were collected in “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” (2005 version). The rhizomes of them were widely used as Traditional Chinese Medicines. Here, the chemical composition of S. polycephala Wang et Tang was studied.
Three compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane fraction of S. polycephala Wang et Tang, and their structures were identified as: β-Sitosterol linoleate (compound Ⅱ), β-Sitosterol laurate (compound Ⅲ) on the basis of modern spectroscopic measurements, such as LC-MS, MS, and NMR. The structure of compound Ⅰ remains to be further analysis. All these three compounds were first reported in this species.

百合科菝葜属(Smilax)植物全世界约300种,广泛分布于全球亚热带地区,东亚和北美的温暖地区及地中海一带亦有少量分布。我国有64个种和一些变种,多分布于长江以南,江北地区亦有分布。本属有十几种植物药,根茎具有活血化瘀,清热利湿,强筋壮骨,消肿毒,祛风湿,利小便,补气活血等功效。[1]
