摘要:本实验以石栎为研究材料,研究接种菌根菌后对石栎幼苗生长的影响,为其他栎属植物幼苗的研究提供参考。用椰糠作为基质,分三个实验组进行实验;第一组按浓度梯度接种国产菌根,第二组接种进口菌,第三组为空白对照组;混合好菌根后将石栎幼苗种植到穴盘中。待幼苗长高,每组分别采取一些根尖制成玻片在显微镜下观察菌根接种情况,通过对石栎根长、叶片叶绿素含量、植株鲜重和干重,株高,冠幅,根系数目来评估石栎的生长状况。实验结果表明菌根可以促进对矿质元素的吸收,提高幼苗成活率,促进幼苗生长。通过数据分析比较,接种菌根的实验组在光合作用、叶片叶绿素含量、氮磷钾含量,株高,冠幅,根系状况都比对照组强。62045

The impact of inoculation of Mycorrhizal fungi for stone oak seedings
Abstract: The stone oak is the research material of this experiment,study of the impact of inoculation of Mycorrhizal fungi for stone oak seedings .To provide the reference to the research of other plants of the genus oak seedlings.We using coconut chaff as matrix,the first group according to the concentration gradient of mycorrhizal inoculation of domestic,the second group vaccination of import bacteria,and the third group is blank control group. Planting stone oak seedlings to the cavity plate after mix well of the mycorrhizal.After the stone oak seedings group up,respectively in each group to take root to make slides under a microscope to observe the mycorrhizal inoculation.Evaluate the growth status of stone oak by photosynthesis, chlorophyll content, NPK content, plant height, crown and root health.The experimental results show that mycorrhizal can promote the absorption of mineral elements, enhance the survival rate of seedlings, promote seedling growth.Through data analysis and comparison:Mycorrhizal inoculation in the experimental group is strong than the black control group at photosynthesis, chlorophyll content, NPK content, plant height, crown and root health.
