摘要本实验以铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo)试管苗中的新生芽为外植体进行仿野生栽培研究,包括丛生芽的增殖,幼苗生根,炼苗,移栽以及仿野生栽培等实验步骤。通过测量其芽数、株高及统计成活率,比较其生长状况。实验结果表明:培养基(1/2MS + TDZ 0.2mg/L + NAA 0.1mg/L)能在短时间内诱导铁皮石斛幼苗产生较多丛生芽,培养基(1/2MS + TDZ 0.1mg/L)的优势在于能让幼芽长高、增粗。幼苗生根实验中,1/2MS的无激素培养基最适宜幼苗生根。在大棚移栽时,珍珠岩和蛭石(1∶1)混合基质的栽培效果最好。三种仿野生栽培环境中,水杉更适宜于铁皮石斛幼苗的栽种。60572
Abstract The Imitation of the Wild Cultivation was carried out by using the regenerated shoots of Dendrobium officinale plantlets as raw material. We investigated the multiple shoots proliferation, rooting, hardening, transplanting and wild-mimic cultivation. We compared the growing conditions of Dendrobium by the method of measuring the number of buds, stem height and calculating survival ratio. The result showed that the more shoots could be induced on the culture medium (1/2MS + TDZ 0.2mg/L + NAA 0.1mg/L) in a short time. The sprouts could grow taller and thicker on the culture medium (1/2MS + TDZ 0.1mg/L). And 1/2MS of the free hormone medium was suitable for promoting the rooting of seedlings. During the transplant procedure, the mixed medium filling with vermiculite and pearlite with a proportion of 1:1have the best cultivation effect. In imitation of the wild cultivation, Metasequoia was more suitable for planting Dendrobium seedlings.

石斛(Dendrobium)是兰科石斛属(Dendrobium Sw.)中所有药用植物的总称,是我国珍贵的道地中药材。最早在《神农本草经》的记载中出现,称其具有润肺止咳、生津益胃、滋阴清热等功效[1]。现代的药理学研究也证明,石斛中含有石斛碱、石斛多糖等有效成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、提高人体免疫力、降血糖和治疗白内障等一系列诱人的功效[2]。其种类繁多,可分为铁皮、马鞭、金钗、霍山、黄草等几十个品种,其中以铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo)最为珍贵。
