摘要:植物生长所处的环境,对植物的生长发育以及外观形态都起到了至关重要的影响作用。碰碰香是人们日常生活中普遍见到的一种芳香植物,由于其类似于苹果香的香受到了不少人们的喜爱。而当碰碰香在被观赏、包装运输和挑选时,会受到触摸压力、摩擦与振动的物理胁迫。而当碰碰香在受到这些物理胁迫时,碰碰香的生理会发生变化。本文研究了不同物理胁迫方式下碰碰香生理生化指标变化情况。研究结果表明:不同物理胁迫处理条件下,碰碰香的株高在上升一段时间后停止增长,而冠幅在先上升一段时间后会略微下降的,而正常情况下的碰碰香则是不断上升,四组的含水量相近无差异,物理胁迫会使碰碰香的香气品质下降,碰碰香的可溶性蛋白质含量以及可溶性糖含量呈现出对照>摇晃>塑料袋摩擦>用手触碰,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量测试所得结果均为为用手触碰>塑料袋摩擦>摇晃>对照。这些实验结果都证明了:在这三种物理胁迫下生长的碰碰香都会受到损害,而摇晃振动所带来的损伤及其表现出的影响最轻。57279

Plectranthus tomentosa's physiological change when it is under physical stresses
Abstract:The growth environment of plants plays a crucial influence on its growing development and appearance. Temperature, salinity and vibration are among the environmental factors, which can effect the growth of plants. Heavy metal stress can cause Different degrees of damage to plant cell.The influence of plant under heat stress will directly show on the performance in plant morphology, leaf color and blossom.When the plant under low-temperature stress,theplant will take a positive reaction to treatment it by itself.Plectranthus tomentosa is a common kind of aromatic plant. It is loved by many people for its fragrance, which is similar to apple. Plectranthus tomentosa will suffer physical stresses, such as touching stress, friction and vibration when being watched, packaging, transporting, and selecting. Plectranthus tomentosa will have physiological change when it is under these physical stresses. This article studies the changes of plectranthus tomentosa's Physiological and biochemical indexes when it is under different physical stresses . The results show that: when plectranthus tomentosa is under different physical stresses, the trend of height’s data is raises first and after a period of time to stop,the crown diameter’s data is raises first then falls, and control group which grow under normal circumstances is rising . the water content of the four groups is similar, physical stress will make the aroma quality of plectranthus tomentosa decline, plectranthus tomentosas’s soluble protein content and soluble sugar content shows that control group> vibration> plastic bag’s friction > hand touching.The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxide (POD) and catalase (CAT) and the malondialdehyde (MDA) content of the test results shows that hand touching> plastic bag’s friction> vibration> that control group . These experimental results prove that: plectranthus tomentosa will be damaged under three physical stress , and the damage caused by vibration is the lightest.
