    摘要厌氧氨氧化工艺是一种新型生物脱氮技术,具有高效、经济、节能等优点,使其在生物脱氮领域有可观的应用前景。但在实际应用中由于厌氧氨氧化菌(AnAOB)对温度极其敏感,效果并不理想。本文探究了盐度对AnAOB耐热性的重要作用及高温厌氧氨氧化反应器长期运行的控制技术。通过批次试验来研究盐度对高温厌氧氨氧化反应的短期影响。试验结果表明,在高温条件下,适度增加无机盐含量可使AnAOB的活性增大,试验发现最优加盐量为5 g L-1、8 g L-1NaCl,可分别使40℃的AnAOB活性提高76.6%、77.5%,当温度为47.5℃时,AnAOB活性分别提高16.5%、53.4%。进行盐度预暴露及持续时间影响试验发现,在高温条件下无机盐的持续作用对AnAOB的耐高温能力有促进作用。连续流试验则采用逐步升温的方式,来考察盐度对AnAOB的长期影响作用。相比于对照组,试验组反应器内的AnAOB活性较高,污泥沉降性能优良且EPS含量多。不仅如此,试验组中血红素的含量低于对照组,说明菌体的活性与血红素含量并无对应关系。同时经修饰的Arrhenius[1]方程得出对照组和加盐组反应器中40~50℃范围内的活化能分别为-41.5 kg mol-1和-35 kg mol-1。52738

    Abstract The anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) process is a promising alternative in biological nitrogen removal field with advantages of high-efficiency, cost-efficiency and environment friendly, and have tempting application prospect. But the anammoxbacterium are very sensitive to temperature and this defect influence its practical application. This study revealed the vital role of salinity to anammoxbacterium (AnAOB) thermotolerance.The aim of batch test was to analyze the short effect of salinity to the thermophilic anammox process.It is indicated that proper salt content could promote the SAA and the optimal value were 5 g L-1、8 g L-1NaCl, which enhanced the SAA 76.6 %、77.5 % at 40oC, 16.5 %、53.4 % at 47.5oC.The result of pre-exposure time and endurance time test was shown that facilitation of salinity was dependent with the continuous supply of salt. The continuous flow test investigated the long-term effect by raising temperature gradually. Comparised with the control group, the SAA value was more bigger, settling property of sludge was more well, and EPS content was even more during the test group. However, Heme c content in the test group was less than the value of control group, and it was concluded that the SAA was non-corresponding with Heme c content. Furthermore, modified Arrhenius model was applied to account activation energy of thermophilic anammox, the value of R0 R1 were-41.5 kg mol-1 and -35 kg mol-1, respectively.
