摘要本论文以草本植物飞蓬草(Erigeron acer L.)为实验材料,利用平板分离法从飞蓬草各器官内共分离出16株内生真菌,其中根部4株,茎部8株,叶部1株,花部3株。经形态观察和染色等鉴定方法,初步鉴定了飞蓬草内生真菌具有9个属,其中链孢霉属(Fusarium)5株、红酵母属(Rhodotorula)1株、鲜壳圆孢属(Zythia)1株、青霉属(Penicillium)1株、黑根霉属(Rhizopus)1株、囊孢菌属(Capsule)1株、头孢霉属(Cephalosporium)1株、弯孢霉属(Curvularia)2株和毛霉菌属(Mucor)3株。试验结果表明,飞蓬草内生真菌具有丰富的生物多样性,同时发现其不同器官内生真菌的数量、分布、种群及其组成存在明显差异性。这对扩大我国微生物资源库具有重要的意义,也为进一步研究飞蓬草内生真菌的化学多样性奠定了基础。44069
Abstract Investigation on biopersity of endophytic microbes associated with Erigeron acer Linn. was carried out in this work. Using the method of plate separation, a total of 16 fungal strains were isolated from the organs of E. acer Linn., which 4 endophytic strains were from root, 8 strains from stem, one strain from leaf and 3 strains from flower. By morphological and staining methods, these endophytic strains were preliminarily classified as nine genera, including Neurospora 5, Rhodotorula 1, Zythia 1, Penicillium 1 Rhizopus 1, Cephalosporium 1, Curvularia12 and Mucor 3 These results indicated that E. acer Linn. had rich biopersity of endophytic fungi. Moreover, plant organs were different in the endophyte number, distribution, population and specie. The present study would play an important role in expanding Chinese microbe resources and provide the base for further study on chemical persity of these fungal endphytes from E. acer L.
