    摘要:植物通过分泌根系分泌物调节土壤微生物群落多样性,改善土壤的生态环境,而根际微生物的活动也会改变植物根系分泌物。本研究通过气相色谱质谱联用技术(GC-MS)和实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)技术,通过分根实验收集了经过导病土壤微生物、抑病土壤微生物处理和霍格兰营养液(对照)处理的香蕉根系分泌物,比较了不同处理下香蕉根系分泌物组分差异;通过向导病和抑病土壤中加入不同处理的香蕉根系分泌物进行室内培养,再接种等浓度病原菌孢子悬液后比较不同处理病原菌的数量。研究结果表明,不同处理的香蕉根系分泌物组分有很大差异,不同处理下土壤微生物对抵御外源病原菌入侵的反馈不同。研究初步探索了在香蕉根系分泌物介导下的土壤与微生物的相互作用,对研究土壤微生态系统功能、调控植物根际的生态过程以及对促进农业可持续发展等具有重要的指导意义。43578

    Study on banana root exudate and Rhizosphere microbes induced by disease-suppressive soil

    Abstract: Plant regulates soil microbial community persity by secreting root exudates to improve soil ecological environment. The change of rhizosphere microbial ecological environment depends on the type and quantity of root exudates. In this study, firstly, split-root container was used to collect banana root exudates treated by conducive soil slurry suppressive soil slurry and ck respectively. GC-MS were used to identified the difference of root exudates caused by different treatments. Secondly, conducive soil and suppressive soil were treated by the different root exudates for half a month, and then we investigate the total copies of soil bacteria, fungi and fusarium with qPCR techniques after 105 (dry soil) pathogenic spore added to the soil half a month later. Principal components analysis showed that the treatments were well separated with significant difference between each other. Soil microbes have different feedback against external pathogen invasion. This study showed the interaction of plant-soil-microbes under root-mediated secretion, which is of great significance to reveal the function of soil micro-ecosystem and regulate the ecological process of plant rhizosphere and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.
