摘要:本试验采用基质栽培的方法,选用‘长绿’苦瓜和‘津优35号’黄瓜为试验材料。幼苗长至两叶一心时采用劈接法进行嫁接。幼苗长至三叶一心时,进行四组处理:自根常温(Cs-28℃),自根高温(Cs-42℃),异根常温(Mc-28℃),异根高温(Mc-42℃)。结果表明:高温胁迫下,嫁接黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、苗干鲜重都受到了不同程度的影响,但利用苦瓜嫁接黄瓜幼苗的生长指标优于黄瓜自嫁接。通过研究苦瓜嫁接黄瓜幼苗与黄瓜自嫁接幼苗之间的差异蛋白点发现,表现差异的蛋白点主要包括光合作用相关蛋白、能量代谢相关蛋白、防御响应相关蛋白。因而苦瓜嫁接黄瓜缓解高温胁迫主要是通过调控植物体内的光合作用、能量和代谢、防御响应的过程,减轻高温胁迫对黄瓜幼苗造成的损伤。37289

Effects of high temperature stress on physiological growth of grafted cucumber
Abstract:In this study, the ‘long green’ bitter gourd and ‘Jinyou 35’ cucumber were used as experimental materials.When the seedlings grow to two leaves, they are grafted by splitting.When the seedlings were as long as three leaves, they were treated in four groups: self root temperature (Cs-28℃), self root temperature (Cs-42℃), different root temperature(Mc-28℃), and different root temperature (Mc-42℃).The results showed that the plant height, stem diameter, seedling dry weight and fresh weight of grafted cucumber seedlings were affected to some extent under high temperature stress, but the growth index of cucumber seedlings grafted with bitter gourd was better than that of cucumber self grafting.Through the study of bitter gourd grafted cucumber seedlings and cucumber seedlings grafted from the difference between proteins found differentially expressed protein spots mainly including photosynthesis related proteins, proteins related to energy metabolism, defense response related proteins.Therefore, bitter gourd grafted cucumber alleviate the high temperature stress, mainly through the regulation of plant photosynthesis, energy and metabolism, defense response process, and alleviate the damage caused by high temperature stress on cucumber seedlings.

高温胁迫对嫁接黄瓜生理生长影响
高温胁迫给露地和设施蔬菜栽培带来了严重的影响。我国许多地区夏季以及春夏、夏秋之交时,不管是日光温室还是塑料大棚内,由于强光和高温的叠加效应,棚内温度急剧增长,即使利用通风降温系统,温室内的温度仍然很高,白天气温经常超过黄瓜开花坐果的适宜温度范围[1],严重影响植株的正常生长。
