摘要:水稻和高粱是拥有高质量的生物作物生产的潜力和工业价值的粮食作物家族。生物能源植物变得容易直接受到各种生物压力,这影响粮食作物的质量和容量。在植物物种中至今没有报告存在分析核苷酸绑定NBS-LRR蛋白以及转录因子的防御反应。在水稻和高粱的物种的防御反应相关的转录因子中,全基因组和转录组的分析确定新NBS-LRR蛋白。所确定的NBS-LRR和防御反应基因转录因子映射到各自的基因组。常见的和独特的NBS-LRR基因和防御相关的转因子在植物物种中被确定。植物生长是由生物和非生物压力r基因表现出反抗的疾病和植物的病原体严重影响的。从进化和基因组序列分布这方面来说,核苷酸结合位点和亮氨酸重复(NBS-LRR)类丰富的r基因是研究最全面的。对生物和非生物压力的轻微反应一直在粮食作物的栽培中被观察。本研究利用生物信息学手段第一次系统而全面地分析了水稻与高粱NBS-LRR蛋白中14 种关键蛋白基因的序列与进化特征。序列分析显示这样的一个结果:同一类NBS-LRR蛋白基因结构相似性非常大,其中大多数基因的外显子个数比较保守;同一类NBS-LRR蛋白基因由相似的结构特征和蛋白保守基序组成,其中LOC_Os11g37050和LOC_Os11g38520具有相似的结构特征和蛋白保守基序。由模型分析可知,我们检测到正选择位点。35776

Sequence and Rapid Evolution of the NBS-LRR Subfamily Genes in Rice and Sorghum
Abstract: Rice and sorghum are biological potential of crop production and high quality industrial value of food crops to family. Bioenergy plants easier by various biological pressure directly, the impact on the quality of food crops and capacity. The NBS-LRR proteins have been reported in the model plants, but the NBS-LRR proteins remain unclear in rice and sorghum. Defense responses in rice and sorghum species associated with transcription factors, the whole genome and transcriptome analysis to determine new NBS LRR protein. The identified NBS LRR and defense response genes transcription factors mapped to the respective genomes. Common and unique NBS LRR gene and defense related transcription factor in plant species were identified. Plant growth is made up of biological and non-biological stress r genes showed resistance of disease and plant pathogens. In terms of the evolution and genome sequence distribution, nucleotide binding site and leucine repeated (NBS LRR) class rich r gene is the most comprehensive. Mild reaction to the biological and non-biological stress has been observed in the course of cultivation of food crops. Based on bioinformatics methods, we study the NBS-LRR subfamily proteins in rice and sorghum for the first time. Sequence analysis showed that such a result: the same kind of NBS LRR protein gene structure similarity with large, including number of gene exon is conservative; The same kind of NBS-LRR protein gene by conservative motif similar structural characteristics and protein composition, the LOC_Os11g37050 and LOC_Os11g38520 have similar structural characteristics and protein conservative motif. Known from the analysis of the model, we detect positively selected sites.
