摘要:香菇是一种生长在木材上的真菌类;在香菇孢子侵入植物和萌发前,植物中就已经存在很多的内生菌;本课题的目的是分离出香菇适生植物内生菌,探究杨树树皮和茎中的内生菌对香菇担孢子萌发和菌丝生长的影响, 寻找提高人工栽培香菇品质和效率的方法。本实验从杨树的树皮和茎中分离出内生真菌33株,用于实验菌株为20株。对实验结果分析得出供试的20株内生真菌中5株真菌发酵液优于PD培养基,具有促进香菇担孢子萌发作用的占内生真菌的25%;低于PDA培养基但高于在无菌水中萌发率的共11株,占比55%,低于无菌水对照的共9株,占比45%,由此表明香菇担孢子在杨树木材上萌发定殖有一定的几率性。在对香菇菌丝培养4d时,几乎所有内生菌都表现促进作用;但在培养6d时,表现明显促进作用的只有3株,还有2株有抑制作用,大部分不表现明显促进作用;由此表明植物内生菌发酵液对香菇菌丝前期生长有较大的促进作用,但后期促进作用不大。本课题的研究对段木栽培香菇有一定的指导意义。32511

Endophytic fungal effects on Spore Germination and Mycelial growth of Lentinus edodes
Abstract:Lentinus edodes is a fungus that grows on wood;before the Lentinus edodes spores invade the plant and the germination,there are already many endophytic microbe in plants; The purpose of this project is to isolate the endophytic microbe for mushroom growing in the plants, The main contents of the research are the effects of the endophytic fungi on the germination and the growth of the mycelium of Lentinus edodes, Looking for methods for improving the quality and efficiency of artificial cultivation of Lentinus edodes.In this experiment, 33 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from bark and stem of poplar, and 20 strains were used for experiment. Analysis of the experimental results obtained that 5 fungal strains were better than PD medium among the 20 endophytic fungi,25% endophytic fungi can promote the germination of mushroom spores;A total of 11 strains were lower than the PDA medium but higher than the germination rate in sterile water,Accounted for 55%,A total of 9 strains were lower than the germination rate in sterile water, Accounted for 45%,The results showed that the germination of the lentinus edodes spores on the poplar wood had a certain probability. On cultivation of Lentinus edodes mycelium at 4 days, Almost all endophytic bacteria show promoting effect. On cultivation of Lentinus edodes mycelium at 6 days , Obviously promoting only 3 strains, There are 2 strains had inhibitory effect, Most do not show a significant promotion effect.In the early ,The fermentation liquid of endophytic bacteria in plant had a promotion effect on the growth of the mycelium of mushroom;But the late promotion is not big. This research has certain guiding significance for the wood cultivation.
