    摘要:本研究旨在探讨枯草芽孢杆菌fmbJ(BS fmbJ)对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质和抗氧化能力的影响。共选用240只1日龄雄性AA肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组6重复,每重复10只鸡,分别饲喂基础日粮(CON组)、基础日粮+2×1010 cfu/kg枯草芽孢杆菌fmbJ(BS-1组)、基础日粮+3×1010 cfu/kg枯草芽孢杆菌fmbJ(BS-2组)和基础日粮+4×1010 cfu/kg枯草芽孢杆菌fmbJ(BS-3组)。CON组和BS组日粮中均不添加抗生素,试验期42 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,BS组显著提高了肉鸡的日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和饲料转化率(FCR)(P < 0.05),以及其滴水损失、蒸煮损失等肉品质指标均得到显著改善(P < 0.05)。此外,与对照组相比,BS组肉鸡血清和肝脏中的谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)等抗氧化酶的活性显著增强(P < 0.05),血清和肝脏的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P < 0.05),肝脏线粒体中活性氧(ROS)含量也显著(P < 0.05)降低,以及转录因子NF-E2相关因子2(NrF2)、血红素氧合酶1(HO-1)等抗氧化酶基因表达得到显著改善(P < 0.05)。综上所述,枯草芽孢杆菌fmbJ可以作为提高肉鸡抗氧化能力的饲料添加剂。31339

    Supplemental effects of probiotic Bacillus subtilis fmbJ on growth performance, meat quality, and antioxidant capacity of broiler chickens
    Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the supplemental effects of probiotic Bacillus subtilis fmbJ (BS fmbJ) on growth performance, meat quality, and antioxidant capacity of broiler chickens. A total of 240 day-old male Arbor Acres (AA) broiler chickens were randomly allotted to 4 treatments and raised for 6 wk. Each treatment had 6 replicate pens with ten birds per replicate. Birds in the control group (CON) were fed diets without BS fmbJ and antibiotics. The BS groups were fed the basal diets with BS fmbJ at 2 × 1010 cfu/kg (BS-1 group), BS fmbJ at 3 × 1010 cfu/kg (BS-2 group), BS fmbJ at 4 × 1010 cfu/kg (BS-3 group) without antibiotics for 42 d. In the study, dietary supplementation with BS fmbJ significantly (P < 0.05) improved the average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI), and feed conversion ratio (FCR) of broilers and the drip loss, cooking loss, shear force, L24 h, a24 h, b45 min, and b24 h values were influenced (P < 0.05). The glutathione (GSH), glutathione reductase (GR), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of serum and liver were increased (P < 0.05), and methane dicarboxylic aldehyde (MDA) contents in serum and liver and reactive oxygen species (ROS) contents in liver mitochondria were decreased (P < 0.05) by BS fmbJ added into the broiler diets. Additionally, the expression of antioxidant enzyme gene including nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2), heme oxygenase 1 (HO-1), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) were improved (P < 0.05) by BS fmbJ added into the broiler diets. Based on these results, Bacillus subtilis fmbJ could be acted as a beneficial feed additive with antioxidant capacity in broiler diets.
