摘要:本试验欲通过夏季添加精氨酸,探究精氨酸对高温季节公猪精液抗氧化能力的影响。选取体重、精液品质相似,品种相同的成年种公猪(12-24月龄)20头,在2个月的饲养期中分别饲喂含精氨酸质量分数为0.6% 、0.8%和1.0% 的精制饲料,采集精液并测定精浆中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-pX)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量等抗氧化指标。结果表明:夏季添加精氨酸可提高公猪精液中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,其中1.0%组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性高于对照组,并产生显著差异(P<0.05)。日粮精氨酸水平对谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-pX)活性有促进作用,0.8%组和1.0%组与对照组相比较差异显著(P<0.05)。总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的活性得到提高,0.6%组的到显著差异(P<0.05)。丙二醛(MDA)含量随精氨酸添加量的提高成下降趋势。综上所述,夏季日粮中添加精氨酸可提高公猪精液抗氧化能力。30660

Effect of Arginine on antioxidant capacity of boar semen during high temperature season
Abstract:The experiment added Arginine in summer so that explored the effect of Arginine on antioxidant capacity of boar semen under high temperature season.20 adult boars of the same breed (12-24 months old) who had similar weight and semen quality were selected.During the 2 month feeding period,they were fed with refined feed containing Arginine mass fraction of 0%,0.6%, 0.8% and 1% respectively.Then collected semen and calibrated the activity of Catalase (CAT), Glutathione Peroxidase (GSH-pH) and Total Superoxide Dismutase (T-SOD) and the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) in seminal plasma.The results indicated that adding Arginine in summer can increase the activity of Catalase (CAT) in boar semen,and the 1%group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).In addition,dietary Arginine level had a positive effect on the activity of Glutathione Peroxidase (GSH-pX),and the 0.8% group and the 1.0% group had notable difference as the control group (P<0.05).Meanwhile,the activity of Total Superoxide Dismutase (T-SOD) was improved, and the 0.6%group showed a marked difference (P<0.05).On the contrary,the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased with the increase of Arginine.To sum up, the supplementation of Arginine in summer diet could promote the antioxidant capacity of boar semen.
