    摘要:研究不同浓度CaCl2对强光胁迫下多花黄精光合作用及生理的影响,探讨CaCl2对多花黄精强光胁迫伤害调控的可行性。该实验以盆栽多花黄精幼苗为材料,叶面喷施不同浓度的CaCl2溶液,于7月份放置于塑料大棚内,进行强光胁迫处理。分别以遮荫条件下与强光胁迫下喷施蒸馏水为CK1和CK2。处理10d后,测定多花黄精叶片相关光合参数、光合色素含量、抗氧化酶活性、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛含量以及相对电导率。结果表明,强光胁迫下叶面喷施CaCl2可提高叶绿素与类胡萝卜素含量,减轻强光胁迫对光合作用的抑制。显著提高强光胁迫下多花黄精叶片抗氧化酶活性以及可溶性蛋白含量,显著降低MDA含量和相对电导率,减轻强光胁迫对细胞膜的伤害。随着CaCl2浓度的增大,CaCl2处理对多花黄精强光胁迫伤害的缓解作用呈先增强后减弱的趋势,其中以叶面喷施10mmol•L-1CaCl2溶液效果最为显著。25668

    Effects of Ca2+ on photosynthesis and physiology of Polygonatum cyrtonema under strong light stress
    Abstract: In order to reveal feasibility of different concentrations of Ca2+ on Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua. under strong light stress, the effects of Ca2+ on related photosynthetic parameters and physiological index were studied. In this experiment, different concentrations of CaCl2 was sprayed in the leaves of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua. subjected to strong light stress. Sprayed with distilled water under the shade and under strong light stress were set as control. After 10 days, SOD, CAT and POD activities, soluble protein, malondialdehyde, relative conductivity and the photosynthetic parameters, photosynthetic pigment content were measured. The results show that CaCl2 could increase the content of chlorophyll and carotenoid in leaves of Polygonatum cyrtonema under strong light stress, then reduced the inhibition of photosynthesis by strong light stress, increase the activity of SOD, CAT and POD and the content of soluble protein in leaves, reduce the damage of cell membrane by light stress, and the MDA content and relative conductivity become lower significantly. At the same time, with the increasing of CaCl2 concentration, the mitigation effect of CaCl2 treatment on the damage of light stress was first enhanced then weakened, and the effect of 10 mmol•L-1 CaCl2 was the most significant.
