    摘要:铣削是切削加工中应用最广泛的一种断续切削方式。目前,铣刀刀片的材料主 要采用硬质合金、金属陶瓷等脆性材料。这类材料硬度高但韧性较差,在断续切削 过程时易造成刀具破损。其原因是切削温度直接影响刀具体内的热应力分布,尤其 在铣削过程中,刀片频繁切入切出,刀具受到周期性的热冲击,易使硬质合金刀片 产生热裂纹而导致破损。因此测量出铣削温度,并以此为基础对铣刀片的温度场以 及受热密度函数特别是表面受热密度函数进行研究,为铣刀刀片的破损原因及槽型 优选提供关键数据和依据。铣削是指使用旋转的多刃刀具切削工件,是高效率的加工方法。工作时刀具旋转(作主运动),工件移动(作进给运动),工件也可以固定,但此时旋转的刀具还必须移动(同时完成主运动和进给运动)。铣削用的机床有卧式铣床或立式铣床,也有大型的龙门铣床。这些机床可以是普通机床,也可以是数控机床。铣削的特征是:①铣刀各刀齿周期性地参与间断切削;②每个刀齿在切削过程中的切削厚度是变化的。③每齿进给量αf(毫米/齿),表示铣刀每转过一个刀齿的时间内工件的相对位移量。10792

Summary: as the industrial temperature measurement, one of the most widely used temperature sensor of thermocouple, and the platinum thermal resistance, together accounting for about 60% of the total temperature sensor, thermocouple and display instrument, usually measured directly in the production of various - 40 ~ 1800 ℃ range of liquid, vapour and gas medium, as well as the surface temperature of the solid. Thermocouple principle: two different components of the conductor (called the thermocouple wire or hot electrode) synthesis loop at both ends, when the junction temperature is not at the same time, in the circuit will generate electromotive force, this kind of phenomenon called the thermoelectric effect, called the thermoelectric potential and the electric potential.
