摘要为研究不同类型弹药,以不同高度跌落向不同材料的目标时引信所受冲击载荷变化规律,为引信或弹药的设计提供参考。按照GJB 573A-1998《引信环境与性能试验方法》的要求,设计了弹药或引信跌落冲击环境的仿真试验模型和跌落冲击环境仿真试验的基本步骤流程。通过对几种典型弹药跌落冲击环境试验的仿真,获取了大量可靠的跌落冲击环境试验数据,包括几种典型弹药的相同弹药弹丸跌向不同目标和相同弹药弹丸以不同高度跌向于相同目标的冲击环境试验数据。对仿真获得的试验数据,从时域和频域分别进行了分析对比后发现:当相同引信跌落向的不同目标时,引信底部所受的冲击载荷峰值大小随目标材料材质强度的减弱而减小,但是其持续时间或脉宽却明显变长;在一定高度范围内,当相同引信以不同高度跌落下时,引信底部所受到的冲击载荷峰值大小随高度的增加而变大,持续时间基本不变,而脉宽却随之稍有变短。10386

Title The Environmental Simulation of Drop Shock
Abstract
In order to provide a reference for the design of the fuse or ammunition, I studied the law of different heights for different types of ammunition drop to the fuze when the target of different materials suffered from the impact load. The ammunition or fuse drop shock environment simulation model and the basic steps of the process of the drop shock environmental simulation test designed in accordance with the requirements of GJB573.1-88.Many of effective shock environment tests data are obtained through the simulation of drop environmental testing on several of typical ammunition, which consist several typical ammunition of the same ammunition projectile dropping to the different objectives and the same ammunition projectile to different angles dropping to the same goal of shock environmental test data. The data obtained from the tests are analyzed and compared from the time domain and frequency domain, and obtained some regular features of several of typical ammunition, which are :when the fall in the same fuse to the goal, the fuse at the bottom of the impact on peak load size with the weakening of the material strength of the target material decreases, but its duration or pulse width but longer; the same fuse different height drop, with the increasing height of the peak size of the fuse at the bottom of the impact load larger duration or pulse width becomes shorter.
