摘要本文讲述的是粉末成型压机上三下三式模架的结构设计、有限元仿真与结构优化。首 先查阅上三下三式模架的技术参数,通过对比三种不同的结构形式最终选择采用机械与 液压混合的结构形式。确定模架整体尺寸后,分别对阴模、模板、模冲和芯杆等组件进行 了详细的尺寸计算和强度校核。完成结构设计后,对模架的阴模组件、模板组件等进行有 限元分析,单独校核各部分组件的强度和刚度是否达到设计要求。再对模架整体进行有限 元分析,将模架组件单独分析与模架整体分析的结果进行对比,以最终确定结构设计是否 合理。为了提高生产压坯的尺寸精度,还对上三下三式模架的阴模、模板等组件进行了结 构优化。建立数学模型后,确定目标函数和约束条件,然后进行灵敏度分析,选择对最大 变形量影响最大的设计变量来进行优化。70131

Title Mold Design of Powder Molding Press
Abstract This article is about the design of the three on three die-set of powder molding press, finite element simulation and structure optimization. First consult the technical parameters of three times three type of mold, by comparing the different structural forms three kinds of structure ultimately opted mechanical and hydraulic hybrid. After determining the overall size of the mold, respectively, to die, templates, punches and core rod components such as a detailed calculation of the size and strength check. After completion of the structural design of the mold of the female mold components, templates and other components of finite element analysis, check the strength and stiffness of each inpidual part of the assembly to meet the design requirements. And then the whole mold finite element analysis, mold components separately analyzed and the results of mold overall analysis were compared to determine the final design is reasonable. In order to increase the production of compact size precision, also on three under three type mold of the female mold, templates and other components of the structure optimization. Once you've created a mathematical model to determine the objective function and constraints, and then conducted a sensitivity analysis to select the most influential design variables to be optimized for maximum deformation.
