摘要本课题是为特殊材料的配件进行热熔成型的一台兼机电气、PLC技术为一体的自动化设备,设备主要有送料装置、电加热装置和压下装置等主要部件组成,送料装置有气缸驱动、导轨导向、行程档块定位,其作用是将装有配件的下模送至加工位置。压下装置上设有电加热装置,通过电加热传导至导热性能较好的上模并有压下气缸驱动,对配件进行热熔成型,操作者只需将配件放至下模,经过自动送料、自动热熔成型,即可得到加工好的产品,提高了生产率,降低了劳动强度,本文对自动热熔成型装置进行了总体布局,对主要部件进行了方案拟定,对送料缸、夹紧缸、压下缸、导轨等主要零件进行了设计计算和选型,并拟定了气压系统。对装置的结构特点进行了分析和阐述并编制了PLC程序。68723
