摘要在现代工业生产中，单晶硅片等半导体生产工艺中的一个重要环节是半导体元件的 夹持与运送，非接触式搬运系统是目前所采用的主要方式。作者设计了一种全新的非接 触式搬运系统结构，采用步进电机驱动丝杠实现三个方向的运动。主要零件都采用标准 件,在分析计算后进行选型工作,本文主要介绍吸盘,电机，丝杠，联轴器的选型与定型。 零件选型完成后，使用 solidworks 软件画出各个零件，组成装配体。再使用软件中的有限 元分析模块 solidworks simulation 对重要零件进行有限元分析，检验结构设计是否合理。 本文对此非接触式搬运系统的设计过程与方法进行了介绍。68688

Title Structure design of no contact handling system
Abstract
In modern industry,wafer clamping or transport is an important process,Non-contact system is the main form of transport.We designed a new form of non-contact handling system.We use stepping motor to drive screw to achieve movement of three directions.The main parts are standard parts.After analysis and calculation,we start selection work.This paper describes the sucker,motors,lead screw,the coupling selection process.After Part selection was completed，we use solidworks to describe the various parts,and then assemble the machinery.we use the finite element analysis software module to analysis the important parts to test the structure design is reasonable or not.In this paper,we introduce the design process and methods of this non-contact handling system.
