摘要炮射制导弹药的研制是一项技术复杂、实现难度较大的工程,存在着诸多要解决的问题。针对炮射制导弹药所存在的过载大、弹丸初速无法满足战争需求的问题,分析讨论多种药型在内弹道中的燃烧过程和特点,尝试多种装药混合来对内弹道进行改善。基于经典内弹道模型,以炮射制导弹药为背景,进行了一系列的数值模拟研究。a) 建立单一装药内弹道模型,讨论多种形状装药对内弹道性能的影响,分析不同装药参数在内弹道过程的作用。b) 建立混合装药内弹道模型,讨论不同种类混合装药对内弹道性能的影响,以及不同质量比例对内弹道过程的作用。c) 基于基本遗传算法,对单一装药和混合装药分别进行了单目标与多目标的优化计算,求解出满足一定约束条件下的最佳装药参数,实现内弹道性能的最优化。65229

Title Interior Ballistic Simulation and Parameter Design of Guided Projectile
Abstract The research of guided projectile is a project which is complicated and difficult. There are many problems that have to be resolved. In view of the problems that guided projectile exist overload phenomenon and the initial velocity can't achieve the demand of war, several kinds of propellants are analyzed concerning the interior ballistic characteristics and the process of combustion. The mixed-charge technology maybe a efficient way to improve the performance of its interior ballistic. Based on the classical interior ballistic model, a series of numerical simulations are conducted under the background of a certain guided projectile. a) A single-charge classical interior ballistic model is established to discuss the influence of interior ballistic performance by varies shapes propellant. And the effect of different parameters to interior ballistic process is analyzed. b) The interior ballistic model with mixed-charge is set up to discuss the interior ballistic performance and the influence of different proportion of quality. c) Based on the genetic algorithm, a single and a multi-objective optimization are conducted for the single and mixed-charge to obtain the optimum parameters of the charge on condition of a certain constraints, and achieve the optimization of interior ballistic performance.
