摘要底排装置点火不一致性是影响底排弹射程散布的一项重要因素。通过建立底部排气弹底排装置内弹道模型和外弹道模型,采用数值模拟的方法研究了底排药柱在火炮膛内及静态工况下的燃烧规律,通过联立求解底排装置内弹道模型及外弹道模型,对底排弹增程外弹道进行了数值计算。基于独立随机理论进行单独因素假设的方法,分析了由于点火具点火延迟时间、底排装置工作时间的不一致性、弹丸初速散布、弹丸重量散布、转动惯量散布和风对射程散布的影响,计算得到了点火延迟时间散布、底排装置工作时间散布、弹丸初速散布、弹丸重量散布、转动惯量散布和风引起的射程改变量,讨论并分析了提高底排弹密集度的方法。64273

Title The analysis of dispersion of a kind of Base Bleed Projectile by Monte Carlo Method
Abstract Study on Firing Rang Dispersion of Base Bleed Projectile Caused by Inconsistent Base Bleed Unit Working Characteristic has been done. The combustion rule of The medicine in Base Bleed unit in the artillery and static condition were investigated in this present paper according to the mathematic simulation method. All of them were based on the models of interior ballistics and exterior ballistics, and the theories of and random hypothesis. Through the solved of internal ballistic model and exterior ballistics model, the calculation of the range of Base Bleed Projectile has been done. The ignition delay time ,the time of base bleed unit working grain caused by fragment peeling off, Muzzle velocity of projectile dispersion, Projectile weight dispersion,moment of inertia dispersion and wind were investigated. The values of firing range changed by ignition delay time, working time of base bleed unit, Muzzle velocity of projectile dispersion, Projectile weight dispersion,moment of inertia dispersion and wind were obtained. And discussion of the method to improve concentration of Base Bleed Projectile was done.
