摘要:本设计为翻转式四柱式锁模机。主机部分由活动横梁、直导柱、固定横梁、工作台、主缸、顶出缸等组成。本设计通过具体的工况分析及参数计算,制定控制方法。经方案对比之后,逐步拟定了机械系统结构图。61557
本课题设计的翻转式锁模机采用四柱导向,辅以轴承翻转结构完成小角度翻转,通过液压缸的推力进行向下施压。设计负责完成液压机的机械结构部分设计,包括设计完成机架部分、翻转机构、挤压机构、和总体结构。本说明书首先对液压机的用途、特点、分类等方面进行了综述,同时对液压机技术的发展趋势进行了展望;然后阐述了翻转式四柱液压机的结构型式,对所设计的各部分结构进行了校核计算,并提出了几点装配要求及注意事项,最后描绘出了装配后的液压机模拟图及主要技术参数,以便对所设计的液压机进行更直观的了解。
通过对机械结构受力分析以及验算,本文液压系统的设计可以满足液压机顺时针翻转45度角的动作要求,能够实现塑性材料的校正压装、板料冲压、金属冷挤和粉末冶金压制等。
