摘要光电倍增管是光子技术器件中的一个重要产品,它是一种具有极高灵敏度和超快时间响应的光探测器件。光电被增管内的真空度直接关系到器件的综合性能,所以,真空排气是光电倍增管制造过程中至关重要的一环。本文主要围绕光电倍增管排气台结构设计及三维造型展开。论文对真空排气系统总体结构设计、排气台设计、各种真空泵以及阀门的选择、管道尺寸的确定等作了详细的阐述。然后,采用三维造型软件SolidWorks对真空排气系统及工作台的关键零件进行了三维造型,最后对排气台进行整体装配、并生成工程图及爆炸图。60822

Title The 3D Design of the Vacuum Exhaust Unit for the Photomultiplier Tubes
Abstract Photomultiplier tube is an important product of photon technology devices, it is a kind of high sensitivity and ultra-fast time response of the light detector. Vacuity of the photomultiplier tube directly related to the combination property of device, so vacuum exhaust is a vital part of the manufacturing process for photomultiplier tube. This article mainly revolves constructional design and 3D modeling of vacuum-pumping system working table. In this paper, it is expound ensemble constructional design of vacuum-pumping system,working table, choosing all kinds of vacuum pump and valve lead,ascertain of line size in detail. Then, by using 3D modeling software SolidWorks as platform, 3D modeling concerned with the key parts of vacuum exhaust system and the workbench were finished. Finally, the exhaust machine whole assembly diagram, and generate the engineering drawings and explosion.
