摘要本文主要进行落重冲击试验装置的改进设计工作,通过了解落重冲击试验装置的工作原理和使用对象以及该装置在实际使用过程中的问题并进行改进。
本文的改进设计工作主要由3部分构成:总体设计,零部件的设计和强度校核,曲柄滑块机构的运动学分析和电机的选择。利用机械设计和材料力学方面的专业知识,完成了落重冲击试验装置主要零部件的设计和校核工作,并对曲柄滑块机构进行结构设计和分析。同时通过学习Solidworks,Adams软件,并应用这些软件于试验装置的改进设计中,增加了设计研究的可靠性。60669
