摘要随着世界军事武器数字化和信息化进程的不断推进,对火炮武器系统的技战术指标的要求也不断提高。作为对火炮射击的稳定性和射击精度有重要影响的弹丸运动参数,更是我们不可忽视的存在。本文主要以起始弹道实验系统作为对象,研究分析并测试系统的弹丸运动参数,具体包括以下几个方面:1)阅读国内外最新文献资料,掌握并学习世界各国对于弹丸运动参数的测量方法。分析比较火炮弹丸速度、加速度信号的测试方法,掌握各种测试方法的具体原理,结合课本知识与实际工程应用,最终确定弹丸运动参数的测试方案。2)针对所要测试的试验系统,根据内弹道解算的数据和火药装药设计参数得到的膛压曲线,分析所要测试信号的动态特性。3)针对所选择的传感器和实验系统确定传感器的安装方法,选择和传感器相互配套的调理设备,同时选定数据采集设备,组成实验测试系统,选用采集软件和仪器面板。4)实验系统误差来源与误差分析。60590

With the development of world military weapons digitization and informationization, tactical and technical index of artillery weapon system requirements is also rising.We can not ignore the existence of projectile motion parameters as on firing stability and accuracy has the important influence.In this paper, in order to start trajectory experimental system as the object, Research and analysis the test systems of projectile motion parameters. These include the following aspects:1)Read the latest domestic and foreign literature, to master and learn projectile motion parameters measurement method of countries in the world. Analysis and comparison of artillery projectile velocity, acceleration signal testing methods, master a variety of testing methods specific principles, Textbook knowledge combined with practical engineering applications, and ultimately determine the projectile motion parameters of the test program.2)based the Solver ballistic data and gunpowder charge design parameters obtained chamber pressure curve for the test systems, Analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the signal.3)For the selected sensor and the experimental system to determine the sensor mounting method,Selecting and supporting each sensor conditioning equipment. Meanwhile selected data acquisition equipment and consisting the experimental test system. Selected acquisition software and instrument panels.4)Experimental sources of systematic error and error analysis.
