摘要随着EFP战斗部技术的深入发展,具有更高命中概率,毁伤面积的 MEFP战斗部技术也得到了广泛的应用。 本文以一种典型的末敏子弹药为研究对象,结合 EFP 战斗部成型理论,提出了一种可爆炸成型为一个主 EFP 和周向 16 个行星 EFP 的新型末敏子弹 MEFP 战斗部结构。 基于AUTODYN 软件, 对MEFP战斗部进行了成型过程与侵彻威力数值仿真,进而对 MEFP 药型罩进行了结构优化。仿真结果表明,所设计的 MEFP 战斗部优化方案获得的主EFP 及行星EFP成型效果良好,侵彻威力满足设计要求。59925

Title The Structural Design of a New Type Warhead on Terminal-Sensitive Submunition
Abstract With the further development of EFP warhead, the MEFP warhead technology is wide applied due to its high hit probability and lethal area. In this paper, a typical Terminal-Sensitive Submunition(TSS) was taken as a study subject. On the basis of shaping mechanism of EFP warhead, a MEFP warhead structure of TSS,which could explode and form a main central EFP surrounded by sixteen planetary EFP, was proposed. With the analysis software ANSYS AUTODYN, the explosive forming process was simulated and the penetration power of MEFP was obtained. Then the structural parameters of the MEFP warhead liner were optimized.The results show that the designed warhead can form main EFP and planetary EFP with good shapes, and the penetration power meet the design requirements.
