本文主要介绍了船舶行业背景,分析近些年国内船舶行业的发展情况,以及国内外的研究现状,介绍了液散货船的特点,对于现代造船模式下船舶分段的生产设计建造工艺、施工要领、涂装要领和精度控制,以及吊环吊马的生产设计思路进行了详细的介绍。
本文用80500DWT液散货船作为案例,浅谈这艘船的结构特点、建造法以及分段划分原则等相关内容。然后再结合我此次本科毕业设计负责的舷侧S26P/S分段生产设计进行详细分析现代造船模式下液散货船的生产设计工艺。本次毕业设计主要运用CAD制图软件,除论文外,我还将提供S26P/S分段结构图、拼板图、吊环吊马图以及零件编码表等生产设计相关信息。

This paper introduces the main shipbuilding industry background, analysis of the development of domestic shipbuilding industry in recent years, and the present situation of research at home and abroad, introduces the characteristics of liquid bulk cargo ship, and construction process, construction essentials, painting essentials and precision control for modern shipbuilding mode of ship block design and production, as well as rings hanging horse production and design ideas are introduced in detail.
In this paper, 80500DWT liquid bulk cargo ship as a case, the ship's structural characteristics, construction method and the principle of subsection pision and other related content. And then combined with the author the undergraduate graduation design responsible for broadside S26P/S section design and production were analyzed in detail under modern shipbuilding mode liquid bulk cargo ship design of the production process. This graduation design mainly uses CAD drawing software, except for the paper, the author will also provide S26P/S piecewise structure diagram, imposition chart, the rings hanging maps and parts coding table and production design related information.
