摘要外螺纹截止阀是船舶领域中使用比较多的一种典型的阀,在海洋船舶中具有广泛应用。但由于各种船只所需要的外螺纹截止阀的型号、规格存在差异,因此外螺纹截止阀的设计、生产仍以定制为主,其设计效率低。随着三维CAD技术在机械领域的不断应用,外螺纹截止阀的设计也在向、自动化、智能化方向发展。52562
本次毕业设计的目的是设计外螺纹截止阀并进行参数化,论文首先提出了外螺纹截止阀设计所需解决的问题,然后进行强度的计算。当完成这些后,可以对其进行建模然后参数化。在完成外螺纹截止阀的参数化后,只要输入外螺纹截止阀的相应参数,系统就会自动完成外螺纹截止阀的实体的图形。这种方法的整个设计界面友好,且操作方便,设计出来的零件也是一个系列化的满足各种匹配要求,精度和强度也能满足设计的要求。论文最后总结了外螺纹截止阀参数化设计的特点,并展示部分三维图。
