    摘要斗式提升机是专门用于连续垂直输送物料(物料可包括大米、玉米、小麦等粮食作物和其他散装物)的设备。其结构由下而上可分为3个部分,即底座部分、机筒部分和机头部分。斗式提升机一般由电机提供动力,其主要驱动装置为头轮,头轮则带动牵引构件运行,牵引构件上挂上料斗,并带动料斗和物料一起运行。物料通过人工或者机械的方式从机座的进料口进入机座底部,一部分直接进入料斗,一部分后被运动着的料斗挖起,通过头轮的驱动装置,垂直运输向上。斗式提升机的工作过程可分为进料阶段、提升阶段和出料阶段3个过程。物料到达机头后,在重力和离心力的共同作用下从料斗脱离,并带有一定的速度从出料口排出。斗式提升机具有良好的密封性、很小的占地面积、结构比较简单、效率较大(2~300t/h)和提升高度高(2080m)等优点,在饲料和粮食等散装物料加工厂中使用极为广泛。51163

        以往的斗式提升机的设计基本上是以CAD或者其他二维图表达,但通常用二维图来表达它的结构特征,比较抽象,二维图不直观,并且整个设计的产品也不便于后期的修改。本文以THD630型斗式提升机为原型,利用三维软件SolidWorks对斗式提升机的各个零件进行三维造型,然后对斗提机的机座部分、机头部分、中间部分分别进行虚拟装配,最后进行总虚拟装配。

        SolidWorks软件是世界上第一个基于Windows开发的三维软件系统,由于技术创新符合CAD技术的发展潮流和趋势,solidworks公司发展很快,在很短时间内迅速成为绘图软件巨头公司。Solidworks软件组件繁多,功能强大,很容易学习和使用,简单明了,是solidworks的几大特点。使用solidworks,这款软件的设计非常的灵活,通俗易懂,易学易用,整个产品设计可编辑化程度非常高,在产品的零件设计、单个或者整体装配设计和工程图之间是完全相关的,可用度非常好。
