摘要本文基于微波两步烧结法的基本原理,通过研究微波烧结工艺对材料微观组织和性能的影响规律,探求两步烧结法中每一步最适合的烧结温度和保温时间。实验以烧结温度、保温时间为变量,进行多组实验,最后对烧结出来的样品,进行材料性能测试与材料组织微观组织分析。通过这种方法,得到了不同烧结温度、不同保温时间对Al2O3/Ti(C,N)材料致密度、晶粒尺寸的影响规律,明确不同温度区间段内的晶粒生长系数和烧结机制,确定了微波制备细晶陶瓷刀具材料的微波两步烧结工艺。本毕业论文为微波烧结陶瓷刀具的工业化生产提供了基础数据,具有一定的应用价值。49812

Title Study on Microwave Sintering Process of submicron fine grained Ceramic Cutting Tools
Abstract:The article is based on the series of experiments intending to choose appropriate T1 and T2 in the microwave sintering process with two-step. We set sintering temperature and the time of heat preservation as variables to perform groups of experiments. At last, the sintered sample would be tested on material performance and tissue analysis. In this way, we can research the effecting rules on densification and grain size according to variety of sintering temperature and the time of heat preservation to understand grain growth factor and the sintering mechanism under different temperature to two-step microwave sintering manufacturing Al2O3/Ti(C,N) ceramic tool material. Therefore the designing to graduate make sense to the study on microwave sintering and will offer precious data to manufacturing.
