    摘要生产设计作为船舶设计的一个阶段,是整个船舶建造过程中的一个重要环节。机装生产设计是包含船舶管系、铁舾件等在内的船舶生产设计。本文详细阐述了30000

    DWT自卸船机舱E03分段的机装生产设计过程。该设计遵循现代造船模式的要求,运用TRIBON软件,进行区域的生产设计。首先我按照机舱E03分段的舱室布置对该区域内的信息进行整理、规划,其次按照生产设计规范对机舱E03分段进行合理的前期规划,然后依托TRIBON软件开展区域管系放样,接着对模型进行区域协调使管路系统设计更加完善,随后针对E03分段进行了管系安装和舾装件选型设计,最后完成所有施工图表。49610

        本文的研究充分考虑了现场施工工艺性和管系安装的合理性,将现场施工的潜在问题考虑在了生产设计过程中,使得机装工作更为合理。与此同时,这种设计理念也大大地提高了生产设计的效率和船舶生产的预舾装率,最大限度地缩短了建造周期和降低了生产成本。

    Abstract As a stage of ship design,production design is an important part of the ship construction process. Mounted production design is a kind of ship production design ,which includes the piping system, iron outfitting items and so on. This paper describes the process of the E03 segment mounted production design of the 30000DWT self-unloader cabin. The design follows the requirements of modern shipbuilding mode.  Using the software named TRIBON we can do the production design of the region. Firstly, i organized and planned the information within the region in accordance with the cabin layout of the E03 segment.Secondly i did reasonable pre-planning of the cabin E03 segment by following the production design specifications.Thirdly i carried out the regional piping lofting with the software named TRIBON. Then i coordinated the model among different regionals to make sure the piping system design more perfect.After that i carried out the piping installation phase and the selection design of the outfitting items in the E03 segment.Finally i completed all construction drawings and tables.

    This study has given fully consideration to the craft of site construction and rationality of piping installation.The study has considered the potential problems of site construction into the progress of production design.Which made the machine installation more reasonable.At the same time,this design concept also greatly improved the efficiency of the production design and the pre-outfitting rates of the ship production.It will minimize the construction period and reduce the cost of production.
