    摘要本文通过车轮力传感器弹性体的有限元分析来提高车轮力传感器的灵敏度。汽车运动是轮胎与地面作用的结果, 通过测量车轮运动时所受的力和力矩, 能够准确地反映整车运动的性能指标。研究车轮力对汽车的很多方面有着极其重要的作用,主要包括以下几个方面:49556

        (1)汽车制动

        汽车制动性是汽车最重要的安全性能之一,利用车轮力传感器弹性体可以测量制动过程中汽车车轮所受到的地面制动力的大小,从而为研究汽车的制动稳定性、方向操纵性以及前后轴制动力分配等方面提供了技术手段,为改进汽车制动系统设计提供了实验依据。

        (2)汽车ABS的研究

        利用此方法可以实时测取地面制动力矩和制动系制动力矩,为ABS 的研究和定量分析提供了实验手段。

        (3)汽车道路路谱的数据采集

        利用此方法在汽车道路试验中采集路谱然后在试验台架上再现, 从而可以在室内进行汽车疲劳性、可靠性项目的研究。

    文中首先介绍使用两种方式建模的方法,分别是ANSYS建模与PRO/E建模,然后用ANSYS软件对其进行分析,主要使用限制模型整体Y轴自由度与外环螺栓孔自由度的方法对其进行自由度限制然后对内环16个孔进行力施加,在ANSYS软件中分析其出现的应力分布,找到应力分布区域,即为最佳应变片粘帖位置。然后采用多次建模求应力的方法得出应力与变形梁尺寸的关系,拟合出二次曲线,利用此曲线求出最佳梁尺寸。

      Abstractn this paper, the finite element analysis of the wheel force transducer elastomer to improve the sensitivity of the wheel force transducer.Motor Sport is the result of tire with the ground by the force and torque measuring wheel movement, the ability to accurately reflect the performance of the vehicle movement. Of wheel force on the car has an extremely important role, including the following aspects:

        (1) Automotive brake

        Automotive Brake is one of the most important automotive safety performance, the use of the elastomer of the wheel force sensor can measure the size of the braking force on the ground by car wheels during braking, and maneuverability in order to research the car's braking stability, direction as well as front and rear axle braking force distribution to provide the technical means to improve car brake system design to provide an experimental basis.

        (2) Auto ABS

       Using this method to real-time measurements taken ground braking torque and braking system, brake torque, and provides an experimental means for researched quantitative analysis of the ABS.

        (3) Car of the road spectrum of data acquisition

        The advantage of this method of collecting road spectrum and reproduce in the test bench in the motor vehicle road test car fatigue, which can be used indoors, the reliability of research projects.

        First introduce two ways of modeling methods, namely the ANSYS Modeling and Modeling PRO / E, then use ANSYS software to analyze, mainly used to limit the Y-axis degree of freedom model as a whole and the outer ring bolt hole degrees of freedomits degree of freedom restrictions and then 16 holes on the inner force is applied, the stress distribution in the ANSYS analysis, to find the stress distribution area, paste the location is the best strain gauge. Then draw the relationship between stress and deformation of the beam size, fitting a quadratic curve, this curve to find the best beam size using multiple modeling seeking stress.
