摘要LS型螺旋输送机是实现物料输送的通用机械设备,它是一种不具有挠性牵引构件的旋转类型输送机械,具有便于运输、结构简单、操作方便、维修简便等特点,不适于运输易结块、粘性大、易变质及大块的物料。使用中需保证螺旋与料槽具有一定的间隙,同时要保持料槽的密封性能。它被广泛运用于各行业,适合运送小块状、粉状或粒状物质。一般输送的物料温度在20°~80℃。其输送原理是依靠物料本身的重力与料槽对物料的摩擦力,使得物料本身不与螺旋叶片一同旋转,因此在叶片的法向力的作用下物料得以向前运动。49549
在本设计中,先对螺旋输送机做了一个概述性的了解,根据运输机械类手册资料对螺旋输送机的各部分运动关系与工作原理做了分析,根据所规定的工况条件与机械原理,对螺旋输送机的主要零部件进行设计,其中包含螺距、螺旋直径、螺旋叶片、槽体、螺旋轴、驱动装置与进出料口等的设计与选型。同时完成螺旋输送机的主要零件图与装配图的绘制。在螺旋输送机的设计过程中多以经验公式的方式对相关参数进行设计,这在提高产品的性能方面起到的作用收效是很小的。
在设计的最后对自己的这次毕业设计做了总结,发现自身所存在的不足之处。这次的毕业设计对自己今后的工作也起到了引导的作用,具有着重要意义。
