摘要:机械制造业在整个国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位,金属切削作为机械制造的根本,在机械、电子、汽车、航空航天、船舶等现代产业部门中起着十分重要的作用。金属切削是用能够直接进行切削加工的刀具去切除工件表面材料,从加工条件来看,刀具在金属切削过程中至关重要。可以说切削加工技术的发展很大程度上源于刀具的发展。切断刀主要用于车削加工中工件的切断、切槽、切断面等工作,但一般切断刀在切削过程中都存在振颤现象,严重的将导致不能正常工作。经过多年的切削经验发现,改变刀具结构,实现自由切削,可以降低震颤,从而使切削顺畅。49010
本文从切削机理和刀具结构两方面入手,以刀具寿命为目标,对切断刀进行几何参数优化。设计出一把在切削过程中,能够保持平稳、切线效率高、寿命长的切断刀。然后再对刀具进行AlTiN涂层,使其红硬性、耐磨性得到增强,切削性能更优,并且延长使用寿命。

In this paper, from two aspects of the cutting mechanism and chip removal, the cutting tool life is the goal, and the cutting tool geometry parameters are optimized. The cutting process is smooth, the cutter life is long, and the cutting efficiency is high. AlTiN coating on the tool to increase its red hardness, wear resistance, so that the cutting performance is better.
