摘要现代武器系统中的电磁脉冲武器、电磁发射武器的研制过程中,测量脉冲电流是必不可少的一个环节,罗氏线圈是基于法拉第电磁感应定律和安培环路定律的一种检测脉冲大电流的仪器,由于罗氏线圈与传统测量工具相比没有直接接入被测对象、频带宽、输出功率低、结构简单、线性特性良好等显著优点,并容易与计算机通信,所以在现代测量、控制以及保护装置中得到广泛的运用。47980
在分析了罗氏线圈的工作原理的基础上,开展了对罗氏线圈构造特点的研究,对罗氏线圈的回绕结构、骨架使用材料、绕线密度等方面进行了探讨,并对其可能产生的影响进行了分析。通过建立不同截面形状罗氏线圈的数学模型,对不同截面和不同结构参数的罗氏线圈测量过程中的影响规律进行了分析。研究了罗氏线圈的等效电路,推导了被测电流输入输出关系式,获得了罗氏线圈在外积分状态下的频率响应特性,确定了罗氏线圈的最佳设计方案。
通过结构分析和频率特性研究,获得了用于测量脉冲大电流罗氏线圈仪器的参数优化方案,计算出了罗氏线圈的结构参数并制作了罗氏线圈的原理样机。进行脉冲大电流测量实验,得到了自制罗氏线圈原理样机与分流器测得的数据并进行对比分析,验证了原理样机的结构参数、电器元件、积分形式的合理性。为以后设计制作罗氏线圈作为理论参考。

Title Rogowski Coil design for testing Electromagnetic pulse
Abstract Measuring high pulse current is necessary in Researching and developing Electromagnetic launch weapons and electromagnetic pulse weapon,Rogowski coil is a measuring equipment which usually measure high pulse current,based on law of electromagnetic induction and Ampere circuital theorem.Compared with some traditional measuring equipment , Rogowski coil’s advantage such as wide bandwidth, low output power,simple structure, good linear characteristic, makes it has been used in many fields.
the Rogowski coil construction features research based on analyzing the working principle of the Rogowski coil has been carried out. By establishing a mathematical model of different cross-section shape Rogowski coil , the influence of measuring result measured by different cross-section shape and different structure parameter Rogowski coil has been analyzed. The best design of Rogowski coil has been determined though researching Rogowski coil equivalent circuit and Formula derivation.Based on the best design plan, I manufacture a Rogowski coil Prototype and conduct an measuring high pulse current experiment .
